Why Evermerch Exists

Evermerch didn’t start as a “big idea.”
It started as an uncomfortable realisation.

After spending two decades in the branded merchandise industry—and building a successful merch business along the way—I saw firsthand how much stuff we were producing, shipping, and throwing away. Millions of products. Little visibility. Even less accountability.

Like many people, 2020 was a turning point. Watching A Life on Our Planet forced a hard question:
Was our industry helping—or quietly making things worse?

So we acted. We became climate positive. We joined Ecologi and 1% for the Planet. We achieved B Corp certification. We offset carbon. We planted trees. And we introduced eco scoring across our own product range.

That’s when things got interesting.

The more we tried to score products properly, the clearer it became how few real answers existed. Sustainability claims were everywhere—but consistent data wasn’t. Transparency was optional. And buyers were being asked to “trust us” far too often.

That gap is what Evermerch was built to close.

Evermerch exists to make sustainability in merchandise clear, comparable, and credible—so you can make better decisions without digging through supplier jargon or second-guessing your choices.

No greenwashing.
No guesswork.
Just clarity—so the merch you choose genuinely reflects the values you stand for.
